Overview

ActionCOACH provides Business Coaching, Executive Coaching and associated business services across all industries.  
The results that ActionCOACH Clients get makes ActionCOACH the World Number 1 Business Coaching Firm (since 2004).

I’m an award-winning Coach including Client Results of the Year and UK Growth Coach of the Year and my Clients are award-winners too including Best Manufacturer, Medium Sized Business of the Year and Young Director of the Year in 2017.

I’m looking for someone to manage all my marketing and communications so that I can concentrate on Coaching, Presenting and Studying.

In addition to the above you will be;

² willing to learn and develop – this is a Coaching company after all ! 

² a full driving licence holder with car for occasional local travel (expensed of course!)

Your Role

There are 2 parts to the role;

 

1. Marketing

This part of the role is focused on designing and executing (or outsourcing) Marketing campaigns for ActionCOACH Products and Services. Such campaigns can include, yet are not limited to;

² Events – run campaigns to fill events, manage room set-up and meet & great attendees.

² Networking – attend networking events

² Social Media – manage all communications

² Direct Mail – send and follow up campaigns

 

2. Communications

This part of the role is focused on Communicating with our Clients and;

² Referrals – manage our ‘Ambassador Club’ referral program

² Events – organise and attend Client events

Your Remuneration

The role will be based at Milton Hall, Ely Road, Milton, Cambridge, CB24 6WZ.

Salary – Starting circa £24,000 pa depending on your experience.

Hours – 35 hours per week, flexible, some out of usual hours for events, conferences etc with holiday being paid in lieu.

Holiday – 32 days holiday incl 8 bank holidays and the office being closed from 24th Dec through to and including 2nd Jan.
